In March, the HR congress “Future to Work” took place with about 250 participants from companies of all industries. The main focus of the topics was on agility and its impact on human resources work and the challenges posed by changing expectations of the world of work. Our HR Manager, Gerda Klammer, participated in various workshops in order to get valuable input and suggestions for the implementation into LCM.
