Concept Development

After defining the requirements and checking the feasibility (see also technology consulting) we develop a plan for the implementation of your idea or the solution of your problem.

We create a plan for the implementation, define the necessary development steps and estimate the effort or cost of the solution.

Algorithm Development

We develop algorithms to find a solution that is optimally adapted to your requirements. Together with you, we define the framework conditions such as computing time, parameterizability, modularity and scalability.

The spectrum of our algorithms ranges from data collection and signal processing to evaluation and tracking to artificial intelligence. We adapt our algorithms to your application, the available data and the given platform.

Electronics Development

We support our customers with our longtime know-how in simulation, design, prototyping and embedded software development to realize their ideas and to fulfill their requirements. We develop for our customers the best possible hardware and software solution tailored to their needs. We also maintain your electronic designs and support you in certification processes and product lifecycle management (PLM).

For your solution we use among others the following software tools: Altium Designer, Ansys HFSS, SIwave, Solid Works.

Prototype

Based on your idea, we develop a fully functional demonstrator for you and, if required, accompany you during the transition to series production and with the necessary certifications. LCM is your partner for optimizations, development of new features or a new generation of your solution even after the end of the project.

We are supporting you, among other things,

• through in-house testing of the demonstrators in the climatic chamber, in application-specific and suitable test setups
• during commissioning and tests in the field
• during EMC tests with partners with the necessary tests of the typical behavior, the operating modes and the software
• in the selection of a manufacturing partner and the coordination with this partner
• in the evaluation and interpretation of (field) test data
• with technical assistance regarding functional safety, CE, EMC or ATEX certification issues
