Think flexibly, implement precisely – robotics with a system
LCM also works with its customers to develop solutions outside the usual paths. We analyze the process and demonstrate possible implementation variants with our equipment. We also develop and manufacture suitable tools (end-of-arm tools) for robots.
Robotics at LCM
Our expertise – your advantage
Individual robotics solutions
Together with partner companies, LCM develops customized robotics solutions based on process analyses and implementation tests. The central elements are individually manufactured end-of-arm tools that enable robots to perform tasks such as gripping, cutting or measuring. Technologies such as ROS, AI-based object recognition and virtual commissioning are used here
End-of-arm tools
End-of-arm tools play a central role in robotics and enable the precise execution of a wide range of tasks such as gripping, cutting or measuring. Individually developed tools allow robot solutions to be optimally adapted to specific applications and industry requirements.
Applications
Customized robotic solutions automate complex tasks such as autonomous handling, automatic plugging or condition monitoring. Technologies such as ROS, AI-based object recognition and virtual commissioning are used.
Innovations & special solutions
Innovative robotics solutions go beyond standard applications – for example with individual end-of-arm tools or integrated sensors and actuators. With the help of ROS2, AI and virtual commissioning, even complex automation projects can be realized.
