Do you want to drive digitalization in your company, but want to start small first? With Test-before-Invest (TBI), we enable you to test new ideas risk-free – funded with up to € 30,000 by AI5production and 100% financed.
In a protected software environment – our sandbox – you have the opportunity to test specific digital solutions risk-free. Here, we work with you to simulate digital work processes, digital twins, data-based services and the concept of a cross-company, digital product design. Your entry into the digital transformation:

- We are developing a customized demonstrator in our sandbox.

Together with LCM, you define a specific use case, which we test as part of a compact TBI project:
Using EU funding
You currently have the opportunity to have your first steps in this area funded by the EU project AI5 Production. This programme supports small projects for digitalization in manufacturing companies.
Test-Before-Invest Workshops
As part of a series of workshops initiated by LCM, Rosenbauer International AG, KEBA Group and their supply chain partners worked with us to develop concrete steps for implementing the circular economy and cross-company product design. The focus was on the practical development of real use cases.
