Operating parameters such as temperatures, vibrations or mechanical oscillations often have to be measured under harsh operating conditions. Especially with moving system parts (rotating machine parts or tools, etc.), this data can often only be transmitted wirelessly. The general conditions in such an environment are often challenging: the operating temperatures can be high, the sensor technology should also be as small and robust as possible and be self-sufficiently supplied with energy. Commercial solutions for these specific conditions do not usually exist.

We develop embedded sensor technology for these scenarios that delivers the desired data under the most difficult conditions. Edge computing, signal pre-processing directly at the sensor, enables the transmission of essential key data at low data rates.

Cloud-based data storage and data analysis platforms are an important component for smart sensor technology or distributed systems. In these platforms, a wide variety of data can be analyzed using modern algorithms and, above all, linked in order to exploit synergy effects and enable big data analyses.

We ensure that your sensor data reaches the cloud securely and reliably (both wired and wireless) and offer interfaces to well-known cloud providers such as Azure or AWS.
