The focus is on recognizing opportunities at an early stage and developing innovative approaches in a structured manner – from initial concepts to concrete innovation strategies.

As part of the program, companies are supported in developing new business models, services or applications and evaluating their potential. Targeted workshops, methods and expertise create a sound basis for further development projects.

The EDIH covers almost all topics relating to digitalization in production. Problems are addressed and individual solutions developed together with the respective company.

  • Concrete interest in the development of new ideas, business models or applications
  • Availability of internal resources for workshops and the joint development of concepts
  • Companies < 3,000 employees
  • Manufacturing company or active along the production value chain
