Small projects: Digitization in companies

Test-before-Invest – try out digitalization risk-free

Do you want to drive digitalization in your company, but want to start small first? With Test-before-Invest (TBI), we enable you to test new ideas risk-free – funded with up to € 30,000 by AI5production and 100% financed.

Together with LCM, you define a specific use case, which we test as part of a compact TBI project:

  • Developing digital products and services
  • Making know-how available digitally
  • Think circular economy & platform models
  • Cross-company product design

We accompany you from the application to the first demonstrator – practical, tangible and future-oriented. The aim is to test innovative approaches in practice and create a solid decision-making basis for the next steps. Find out more about the LCM Service Offer – here.

Test-Before-Invest Workshops

As part of a series of workshops initiated by LCM, Rosenbauer International AG, KEBA Group and their supply chain partners worked with us to develop concrete steps for implementing the circular economy and cross-company product design. The focus was on the practical development of real use cases.
In the video, Verena Hörandner (Rosenbauer) and Julian Bauer (KEBA) report on their experiences and findings from the collaboration with LCM.
