Portable modular measurement technology

Micropositioning
This digital-hydraulic micropositioning system, already in use in machine tools, combines high rigidity with precise positioning, dynamics and robustness. The adjustment range of ±100 µm allows the use of frictionless diaphragms without sliding seals – for precise control. Digital valves enable cost-efficient and dirt-resistant control.
Digital valves
Digital valves are revolutionizing hydraulics with their simple design, high precision and energy efficiency. With switching times of less than 1 ms, the FSVi valve developed by LCM significantly increases positioning accuracy and system reliability. Thanks to integrated electronics and energy-optimized actuation, it permanently achieves a switching frequency of 100 Hz – at lower costs and higher efficiency.
DHCU
The Digital Hydraulic Control Unit (DHCU) is a compact, manufacturer-independent power electronics unit for the precise control of digital hydraulic systems. With fast switching times in the millisecond range, it is ideal for mobile machines, industrial hydraulics and robotics. The DHCU is an energy-efficient, dynamic controller for hydraulic drives – with up to 80 % less energy consumption.
