Relief of the installed components and maximum precision

The “Digital Pressure Control Unit” (DPCU) improves reliability and energy efficiency when pressing friction plates. Digital hydraulics reduce energy consumption by over 80 % and significantly lower the noise level.
The symbiotic integration allows operation in the optimum performance range of both drive systems. Fast switching valves and customized electronics ensure high control quality and a long service life. This enables a resource-saving, robust production process.


The DPCU replaces the wear-prone pressure control path with a switching valve system that avoids leakage losses and provides precise dynamic control.
