Post research project ENABLE S3

European initiative to enable the validation of highly automated and autonomous systems that are reliable and safe

ENABLE-S3 will pave the way for faster, safer application of highly automated and autonomous systems in the mobility sectors of automotive, aviation, rail and shipping, as well as in healthcare.

Virtual testing, verification and coverage-oriented test selection methods will enable validation with reasonable effort.

The resulting validation framework will ensure the competitiveness of European industry in the global race for automated systems. The expected market potential for 2025 is EUR 60 billion.

Project partners

LCM contributes AI-based behavior models of road users and automated testing of scenarios using SyMSpace to the “Autobahn Pilot” use case.
