The modular measuring station offers a compact solution for classic measuring and control tasks – without complex set-up or stationary cabling. Thanks to functionally coordinated 19-inch modules, the system is flexibly configurable, quickly ready for use and fully compatible with standard rack systems.

It enables the targeted analysis and optimization of systems, verifies changes, monitors statuses via remote access and allows alternative control approaches to be tested. Thanks to integrated predictive monitoring, no need for additional measuring equipment and high mobility, the solution is ideal for changing locations and technical challenges on site. The modular architecture allows the simple integration of a wide variety of sensors and actuators – even for complex test setups. Systematic data access means that measurement series can be efficiently documented and used directly for further analysis or control tests.

  • Sensors and actuators require different voltage levels for their power supply.
  • The cabling of classic systems is complex and prone to errors.
  • Setting up mobile measuring stations often takes longer than the actual deployment.
  • Existing systems are difficult to adapt to changing requirements.
  • CompactRIO and CompactDAQ are usually integrated separately.
