At Zukunft.HR 2025 at St. Florian Abbey, the focus was on culture and leadership: consistent design.

The two-day HR congress brought together around 450 experts and interested parties to discuss how leadership and corporate culture will shape the working world of tomorrow.

The Linz Center of Mechatronics (LCM) was also present: Our colleague Gerda Klammer led a practice-oriented session on the topic of “Women’s power: shaping successful career paths”, thus sending a strong signal for equal opportunities and modern personnel development.

Women’s power with vision – LCM at Zukunft.HR

A highlight from the point of view of the Linz Center of Mechatronics (LCM) was the session led by Gerda Klammer entitled “Women’s power: shaping successful career paths”.

In their interactive workshop, HR managers discussed practical strategies to specifically promote equal opportunities and remove career barriers. In addition to modern management culture and new work concepts, the focus was on exchanging experiences and developing specific measures – ideas that can be directly incorporated into day-to-day business.

The advancement of women is a central component of LCM’ s corporate culture. The team works with courage, energy and consistency to ensure equal opportunities at all levels – internally and externally.
“It was impressive to see how openly and solution-oriented the participants worked together on this topic,” summarizes Gerda Klammer. “It is precisely this exchange that makes change possible.”

Future.HR 2025 – Shaping culture & leadership consistently

How can leadership succeed in a world that is constantly changing? What role do culture, attitude and courage play in organizations that want to remain fit for the future? Questions like these were the focus of this year’s Zukunft.HR on September 10 and 11 at St. Florian Abbey. Under the motto “Culture & Leadership: consistently shaping”, the sold-out HR congress brought together around 450 experts and interested parties to discuss new approaches to leadership and organizational culture.

Many thanks to the organizers from Business Upper Austria and UAR – Upper Austrian Research GmbH for the successful event, which once again showed how important networking and dialogue are for shaping the working world of tomorrow.
