Flexible data acquisition in an industrial environment

Whether for a quick check of an idea or for long-term data acquisition for condition monitoring or predictive maintenance. Whether on the factory floor or on the road for testing autonomous vehicles, our mobile data acquisition system DisDAQ (Distributed Data Acquisition and Algorithms Quiver) enables flexible and robust acquisition of the relevant data in your application.

Our algorithms allow the data to be analysed immediately and visualized if necessary. This enables, for example, the detection and analysis of undesirable operating states.

  • Fast measurement campaigns (feasibility studies, e.g. for algorithm development, dimensioning, retrofitting, …)
  • Long-term condition monitoring with visualization (cloud-based, real-time)
  • Creation of a database during ongoing production
  • Real-time algorithms (pre-processing, signal processing, machine learning)
  • Control tasks, e.g. for various test cases, test benches

  • Temperature, humidity, precipitation, wind speed, CO2 content
  • Position, distance, radar, lidar, distance, UHF RFID
  • Any analog sensors up to 20 MS/s
