LCM wins the HRbert 2024
We are delighted to have won the prestigious HRbert Award in the Sustainable HR Management category! We are particularly proud that our initiatives to support and promote active fathers were recognized.
With this commitment, we actively contribute to practicing equal rights and send a strong signal for a family-friendly work culture.
Our HR Manager Gerda Klammer received the award at HR connect(s), the largest HR fair in Upper Austria, from the hands of Markus Achleitner, Provincial Councillor for Economic Affairs. A big thank you to Business Upper Austria for the organization!
