Our colleague Sabrina Fleischanderl successfully took part in this year’s cross mentoring program as a mentee.
On November 6, she received her certificate at the graduation ceremony at the Upper Austrian Chamber of Commerce. We are particularly pleased that Sabrina is the only one at the Linz Center of Mechatronics to receive this!
The cross mentoring program is an important part of our active #promotionofwomen at LCM, because we focus on targeted support and visibility for women in technical professions. 💪
With her mentor Kostja Steiner, Medical Director at Rohrbach Hospital, Sabrina received valuable impetus for her personal and professional development.
The evening was rounded off with an inspiring panel discussion on the topic of “Leadership today and tomorrow”. Our CEO, Johann Hoffelner, took part in this exciting discussion with Lisa Sigl (Deputy Chairwoman of Frau in der Wirtschaft), Stefan Totter (Head of HR Management at WKOÖ) and Sabrina Gonglach (Process Engineer at Thermo Fisher Scientific). Together they discussed how technological innovations are changing the requirements for modern leadership skills and what role emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills play in this.
Congratulations, Sabrina! 🎉 H
ere’s to many more successful mentees, whom we support and promote together as part of our women’s advancement program!
