Measurement technology

Our measurement services provide precise data for well-founded analyses – in the laboratory, on the test bench or on site. We reliably record acoustic variables and accelerations for applications such as condition monitoring. Automated measurement sequences increase efficiency and reproducibility. The correct selection and positioning of sensors ensures meaningful results. This is how we ensure clear data and reliable decisions.
Analysis

In vibration technology, LCM relies on modern simulations such as NVH and FEM as well as analytical methods for investigating pressure vibrations. Model comparisons with real measurement data ensure the validity of our analyses. Through targeted data evaluation and the use of AI, we gain valuable insights into dynamic systems. This results in well-founded solutions for greater efficiency and safety.
Optimization
In vibration technology, LCM optimizes mechanical structures and their control specifically to avoid or utilize vibrations. Modern approaches to structural mechanics and actuator technology – electrical, hydraulic or piezoelectric – are used. We sustainably improve system dynamics through precise design. Our trajectory planning enables fast, controlled movements and optimum target curves in the event of changes in state. The result is efficient and application-specific solutions.
Attenuation
For targeted vibration damping, LCM develops customized solutions that include passive and hydraulic dampers as well as active control concepts. The precise design of these systems enables us to effectively reduce unwanted vibrations. Active damping solutions enable dynamic adaptation to changing operating conditions. In this way, we increase the stability and service life of technical systems. Our expertise ensures smooth running and maximum operational reliability.
