Employer branding with real added value<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

How do you make corporate culture tangible? How do you show what a company stands for – authentically, innovatively and visibly? <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Family friendliness, equal opportunities, innovation<\/strong> and strong cooperation<\/strong> are more than just buzzwords for us – they are values we live by. That is why we do not rely on posed advertising images, but on real personalities: Our employees are at the heart of the campaign. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In internal photo shoots, we captured the diversity and innovative strength of our team and translated it into strong imagery – visible on social media, posters, videos, roll-ups and our careers page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

But it’s about more than just a visual presence: our employer branding campaign runs through all recruitment and communication channels – from job advertisements to trade fair appearances and company presentations. In this way, we not only ensure stronger identification within the team, but also make LCM visible as an attractive employer. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

A strong statement on LT1<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

With our employer branding campaign “Science becomes you”, we have done just that: we have made LCM tangible as an employer – for potential applicants, our partners and our own team. Now we had the opportunity to present our campaign on LT1! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
