The process consists of a rapid traverse and a pressure maintenance process and was originally realized with a single motor-swivel pump-valve unit. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However, one hydraulic valve for pressure supply was showing heavy wear and had to be replaced regularly. This led to additional component and downtime costs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gemeinsam mit Miba Frictec GmbH entwickelte das Linz Center of Mechatronics (LCM) eine innovative L\u00f6sung: die Digital Pressure Control Unit (DPCU). Dieses hydraulische Add-on erg\u00e4nzt den bestehenden Hauptantrieb und erm\u00f6glicht eine effizientere, robustere und nachhaltigere Prozesssteuerung.Moderne Condition-Monitoring-Systeme m\u00fcssen h\u00e4ufig widerspr\u00fcchliche Anforderungen erf\u00fcllen: Einerseits sollen Komponenten m\u00f6glichst pr\u00e4zise \u00fcberwacht werden, andererseits m\u00fcssen die eingesetzten
