VAMoS | Vibration Analysis and Monitoring System

VAMoS | Vibration Analysis and Monitoring System

Installed in a robust and water-proof encapsulated housing, the LCM Vibration Analysis and Monitoring System, VAMoS, enables the control of up to 3 acceleration sensors for the vibration and error analysis of mechanical components. After configuration, the system works independently, displaying any detected errors via light diodes in the housing and logging the measured data in the internal memory. All the functions of the system can be configured and the measurement protocol read out via an RS232 or CAN bus link and a graphical user interface.

FACTBOX

ACCELERATION SENSORS
large selection of acceleration sensors can be used (e.g. ADW22035, ADXL001); sensors are installed in robust sheet bent housing, protection category IP66; cable length: 6 m assembled with optional 10 m extension

ADW22035 single-axis acceleration sensor: maximum acceleration: +/– 28 g; sensitivity: 100 mV/g at 5 V; bandwidth: 0.5 Hz to 2.5 kHz; temperature range: –40 °C to +125 °C; shock resistance: 3500 g

HOUSING AND CONNECTIONS
electronics in the robust sheet bent housing; connection of sensors via M12 industrial connectors; supply via CAN bus (12V) possible communication via CAN bus in accordance with standard 2.0B and optionally via RS232/LAN/WLAN

SIGNAL ANALYSIS WITH FFT IN THE MICROCONTROLLER
sampling rate can be adjusted from 610 Hz to 20 kHz; signal length up to 4096 points; remote control of up to fourfold zero padding
